Multicultural food lesson or assembly/demonstration focused on Indian and Chinese foods. Original purpose was to be used as a demonstration with pupils able to assist in parts of making the foods (recipes included) with additional taste test and evaluation/sensory analysis completed in classes or smaller groups. Could also be used as a lesson or series of lessons to explore cultural foods linked to R.E, Food Technology or linked to Chinese New Year or other special events. Inlcudes powerpoint, worksheets and recipes.
